Rachel Routh

Executive Director at Dramatists Guild Foundation

Rachel Routh has an extensive and diverse work experience. Rachel started their career as a Project Consultant at The Center for Creative Resources in 2006, where they worked until 2010. In 2009, Rachel founded their own production company, Rachel Routh Productions. Rachel also worked as the Director of Development & Associate Producer at Amanda Lipitz Productions, where they collaborated on various musicals and television projects and served as an Associate Producer for short films for non-profit organizations. Since 2012, Rachel has been the Executive Director of the Dramatists Guild Foundation, where they have been responsible for developing and shaping the Fund's grant making, educational, and outreach programs. Under their leadership, the foundation has expanded its grant awards to support dramatists in need, awarding over $3.5 million.

Rachel Routh holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University. Rachel also earned a Bachelor's degree from DePauw University. In addition, Rachel completed the Management Acceleration Programme from INSEAD and attended Institut de Touraine. Furthermore, they have obtained a CFRE Certification from CFRE International in July 2021.
