Robert Belcher

Robert Belcher is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in ecological consulting and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Scientist and Senior Project Manager at Dramby Environmental Consulting since March 2020, Robert previously held roles as an Independent Senior Ecologist and Regulatory Specialist, and as a Senior Ecologist and Project Manager at ARCADIS U.S. from November 2001 to July 2019. Robert's academic background includes a Master of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both obtained from Christopher Newport University, as well as an Associate's degree in Science from Tidewater Community College. Notably, Robert has also contributed to academia as an instructor at Christopher Newport University and has experience as an Environmental Scientist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
