Kurt Becker

Kurt Becker has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kurt started their career at Household International as an Associate, where they managed the funding of the company's cash needs and developed customer tracking and prospecting tools. In 1994, they joined Dramm Corporation as the Commercial Products Sales and Marketing person, where they developed new products, created marketing plans, and acted as the primary salesperson. Kurt later became the Director of Commercial Sales and Marketing, responsible for the operation and sales staff management of the commercial products division. In 2010, they founded the DRAMMwater division within Dramm and took on the additional role as Director of Commercial Products and DRAMMwater Divisions. Kurt oversaw the supply of water treatment and management systems to greenhouses and nurseries, developed strategies, managed the sales team, and maintained vendor relationships. Kurt Becker also served as a Board Member at Bedding Plants Incorporated, OHIO FLORISTS ASSOCIATION, and America In Bloom.

Kurt Becker earned their B.A. in Political Science from Denison University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Kurt also participated in a study abroad program at IES Abroad in London, UK, in 1988. Prior to their university education, Kurt attended Glenbrook South High School from 1982 to 1986.
