Cpm® Tim Kramer Arm®

Tim Kramer, CPM®, ARM®, has extensive work experience in the real estate and financial industries. Tim started their career at JPMorgan Chase in 2005, where they worked as a Procedure Consultant for over six years. In 2011, they joined Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, where they held various roles. Tim started as an Assistant Property Manager and later became a Property Manager. Tim then transitioned to the role of Property Operations Specialist. Currently, Tim serves as the Vice President - Director of Operations, Management Services at Draper and Kramer.

Tim Kramer, CPM®, ARM® completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2016 to 2018. Tim also attended the University of Iowa in 1989 and 1990, studying Business Administration and Management, General, but did not obtain a degree from there.

In addition to their education, Tim Kramer has obtained several certifications. Tim became a Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management in October 2017. Tim also earned the title of Acredited Residential Manager from the same institution in August 1995. Additionally, Tim is a Licensed Real Estate CE Instructor certified by the State of Illinois since September 2018 and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois since May 1994. Recently, in June 2021, they completed the "Leading Operational Excellence" course from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
