Pablo Penichet is a seasoned finance professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in managing financial operations and leading investment initiatives. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at Iberia NCA NF since October 2023, Pablo is involved in channeling investments into Search Fund projects. As Group CFO and previously Corporate & Finance Director at GUZMAN GLOBAL, responsibilities included overseeing financial success and strategic support for the CEO. Pablo co-founded Criptan, Spain's first cryptocurrency neobank, and is a Founding Partner at Draper B1, a prominent Spanish accelerator and venture capital firm. Previous roles include Finance Manager at Merck Sharp & Dohme and Internal Auditor at Seguros Genesis. Pablo holds multiple degrees in Economics and Finance from esteemed institutions.
