Afshin C. is an accomplished Technical Program Manager and Systems Engineer with extensive experience in autonomous systems. Currently employed at Draper since January 2018, Afshin has developed expertise in managing and engineering technical programs. Prior experience includes a role at Hydroid, Inc. where Agile coaching and the establishment of agile development teams were pivotal. Afshin has also contributed significantly to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems as a Senior Systems Engineer II, leading critical projects in system and software requirements for autonomous command and control systems while utilizing earned value management techniques. Previous roles at Raytheon and CAE further demonstrate a strong background in systems engineering and flight dynamics, complemented by a Master's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering and a dual B.S. in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering.
