Mike Lotito

Mike Lotito currently serves as Principal Director of Strategic Planning at Draper, leading the development, communication, and execution of corporate, business, and technology strategies since September 2021. Previously, Mike held positions including Chief Engineer for the Conventional Prompt Strike hypersonic weapon system with the U.S. Navy and Program Area Manager for Deterrence Analysis and Prototyping at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, overseeing strategic deterrence programs. Mike has also worked as Acting Program Manager for submarine payload prototypes at Navy Strategic Systems Programs and held various engineering roles at General Dynamics Electric Boat and General Dynamics C4 Systems, focusing on advanced acoustic and weapon systems. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Master of Engineering in Acoustics from Penn State University.
