Nathan Kane

Nathan Kane is a skilled radiation effects integration and test engineer at Draper since May 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a graduate research assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2017 to May 2019, where analysis of complex gamma ray spectra from Surrogate Post-detonation Urban Debris samples and development of a self-attenuation model were undertaken. Additionally, Nathan completed an electrical engineering internship at Harris Corporation in summer 2016, focusing on controlling a radiometric test station and creating mechanical drawings. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
