Jordan K Penn, MBA, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer success and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Drata since October 2022, Jordan previously held similar roles at inspace and Otter Products, where responsibilities included providing customer support and managing service escalations. As a Co-Founder of Providence Farms CI since December 2017, Jordan has led project management and market strategy initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership skills with a start-up team. Educational achievements include an MBA from Hult International Business School, alongside degrees in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick and in French and Management from the University of Reading.
