Wen Yao has a diverse work experience spanning over a long period of time. They have held various leadership roles in the field of customer success and management. From 2023, Yao has been working as the VP of Customer Success at Drata. Prior to that, they worked at Neo4j as the VP of Customer Success, Americas, where they led teams of Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Architects. From 2014 to 2022, Yao worked at Okta, Inc. in multiple roles, including Sr. Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success, where they managed a team of Customer Success Managers and oversaw strategic accounts. Before that, Yao worked at SAP in different capacities, including HANA Enterprise Cloud - Customer Engagement Service Management and Sr. Consulting Manager. They also have experience working as a Senior Consultant at Grant Thornton LLP and as a Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants.
Wen Yao obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University Bloomington between the years 1992 and 1996.
