Caroline Davies

Caroline Davies is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partnering for Generation and Capital Projects at Drax Group since February 2021. In this role, Caroline leads a team of strategic HR business partners and collaborates closely with senior executives. Responsibilities have included interim leadership of the People Development function and shaping the HR function across North America. Prior to Drax Group, Caroline held various HR leadership positions at JELD-WEN, Inc., including HR Director for the UK and France, and HR Director for the UK, where responsibilities encompassed organizational design, change management, and HR strategy. Earlier career experience includes leading HR functions in Australia for Cape plc and establishing HR systems for LJ Monks Ltd. Caroline holds a BA (Hons) from The University of Huddersfield.
