Niki Tompoulidou

Niki Tompoulidou is an accomplished HR Manager currently serving at both DRAXIS Environmental S.A. and AgroApps PC since October 2022, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and supporting organizational human capital needs. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Generalist at Agrotech S.A. - John Deere Greece from March 2020 to September 2022, where Niki established the HR department for Greece and Cyprus, implemented HR policies, and managed performance appraisals. Niki holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and furthered education at Canterbury Christ Church University.
