Laura Alonso Moreno

Laura Alonso Moreno has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Talent & Culture at DRAXTON Mobility since September 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating the implementation of HR policies in alignment with corporate leadership and managing recruitment and training policies. Additionally, Laura has been with Grupo Industrial Saltillo since August 2004 as Head of People in Spain, overseeing HR policy implementation related to selection, training, and labor relations in the INFUN GROUP. Previous experience includes a role as a Service Representative at ManpowerGroup España from 2002 to 2004. Laura holds a Program for Management Development from Esade and multiple degrees in human resources and labor relations from prestigious institutions, demonstrating a strong educational background in the field.
