Adam Schott

Adam Schott is an experienced leader in the construction and real estate industry, currently serving as Division President at DRB Group since July 2023. DRB Group, recognized as the 5th largest private builder and 21st largest builder in the nation, is a prominent player in the "Build-to-Rent" marketplace. Prior to this role, Adam held various leadership positions at Century Communities, Inc. as Regional President and Division President, and at Meritage Homes, where titles included Vice President of Land Acquisition and Director of Land Acquisition. Adam began his career at D.R. Horton, advancing through various roles in land acquisition, marketing, sales, business development, and customer service. Adam holds an Executive MBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a BSBA in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
