Cindy Plackmeyer

Cindy Plackmeyer has extensive experience in marketing and sales roles, primarily within the real estate and construction industry. Cindy is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Sales & Branding at DRB Group, overseeing the operations of multiple residential homebuilders and related services. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at UrbanBuilt LLC, where they specialized in commercial construction and renovation.

Before that, they worked as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at The Wormald Companies, where they developed and implemented strategic marketing plans for various real estate projects. Cindy also served as a Regional Marketing Manager at Beazer Homes, where they focused on driving traffic and managing vendor relationships.

Cindy has experience as a Director of Marketing at Steuart-Kret Homes, the owner of their own social media marketing company, and as a Senior Account Manager at GKA Advertising. Cindy began their career as the Marketing Manager at Ryland Homes, managing a large advertising budget and overseeing sales activities.

Additionally, Cindy has worked as the Director of Marketing at Baltimore Jewish Times and as the Marketing Director at Maryland Pennysaver. Overall, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in marketing, sales, and branding within the real estate industry.

Cindy Plackmeyer holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mass Communication from Towson University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Communication from PennWest Clarion. In addition to their educational background, Cindy has received certification as a Real Estate Agent from the Maryland Real Estate Commission in August 2015.
