Joseph Toms

Joseph Toms is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Director of Production at DRB Group since May 2022, after holding the position of Area Production Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent at Dan Ryan Builders from July 2014 to May 2022. Joseph also worked as a Sales Consultant at Buchanan Automotive Inc. in early 2014 and as a Lead Installer at Topline Countertops Inc. from February 2008 to January 2014, specializing in the removal and installation of various countertop materials. Joseph holds an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Hagerstown Community College, completed between 2007 and 2010, and graduated from Catoctin High School in 2006.
