Carsten Stendevad

Carsten Stendevad currently serves as President and Chief Investment Officer at Acumen, alongside roles as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Danish Refugee Council and Board Member for Vertical Aerospace and Council on Foreign Relations. Previously, Stendevad was a Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer for Sustainable Investing at Bridgewater Associates and a board advisor for GIC, which manages Singapore’s foreign reserves. Stendevad's past experience includes board memberships at Novo Holdings, the Danish Recovery Fund, and UNICEF Danmark, as well as serving as CEO of ATP. Stendevad holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and degrees in Economics and Rhetorics from the University of Copenhagen.
