Rajiv Khanna

Rajiv Khanna has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Rajiv started their career as a Systems Engineer at Raytheon, where they designed a database for the implementation of an automated assembly line. Rajiv then worked as a Project Manager at Kraft Foods, where they were involved in the systems design of a remote laptop integration project.

After that, Rajiv joined Heidrick & Struggles, initially as a Manager Systems Design and soon promoted to Director of Systems Development. Rajiv played a significant role in improving applications used for executive search and worked on the implementation process of an ERP package.

Rajiv then became the Director/CTO at ezBOL.com, leading a team of developers and orchestrating an online marketplace for B2B. Rajiv implemented unique features such as data integration and vendor rating system.

Later, they joined Clickatutor as the CTO, where they were responsible for building an elearning web portal. The platform provided course material and one-on-one tutoring for students.

Rajiv joined Gantec Corporation as the CTO, overseeing all project deliveries and initiating the development of Gantec Publishing Services. Rajiv then moved to Gantec Solutions as the Chief Technology Officer, managing a large team and delivering web-based applications.

Finally, Rajiv became the CEO of PPIC Software Solutions, leading the operations and sales for the company. Rajiv developed a team of experts in the MS Dynamics CRM platform.

Currently, Rajiv is serving as the CEO of Genix Technology Inc.

Rajiv Khanna studied at Purdue University from 1984 to 1986, where they earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) in Varanasi from 1974 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
