Santiago Bustamante Villa

Santiago Bustamante Villa is a multifaceted entrepreneur and leader in the fintech and educational sectors. As Co-Founder of EFEX since July 2022, Santiago has contributed to developing a platform that facilitates global banking solutions. In parallel, Santiago serves as Board Member and Founder & CEO of DREAM, a college admissions startup that democratizes access to top universities, overseeing a team of over 40 employees and more than 1,000 customers. Prior experience includes roles at Bitso as a Product Management Intern, at Stanford University Graduate School of Education as a Blockchain Researcher, and as Director of Partnerships at SuperArte, where significant growth was achieved in student enrollment. Santiago's earlier ventures include co-founding ReWeb and serving as a Data Analysis Intern for the Andean Health Organization during the COVID-19 pandemic. Santiago holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Economics from Stanford University and is currently a Fellow at Latitud.
