Olesea Iularji

Olesea Iularji is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant currently employed at Dream Broker since January 2022. Previously, Olesea served as the Lead HR Specialist at Renaissance Heavy Industries, a prominent project development and construction group, from July 2018 to November 2020. Olesea's career also includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at RÖNESANS HOLDİNG from June 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing full-cycle recruitment and organizing recruitment events across multiple countries. Olesea began the career as an HR Specialist Assistant at Renaissance Construction from October 2013 to February 2015, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes.
