Joe Cecala

Joe Cecala has over 30 years of experience in the business and finance industry. Joe began their career in 1989 as a CPA at KPMG Audit. In 1990, they moved to Household International where they worked as a Controller, responsible for financial and securities reporting. In 1995, they founded and operated Cecala Law Offices, P.C., a full service law firm in Chicago, Illinois. During this time, they were part of a team that developed the first computerized trading network for online trading of financial products. In 2006, they became the CEO of Expansion Funding Partners, LLC and an Associate at Institute for Independent Business International Ltd. Most recently, in 2016, they became the Founder and CEO of Dream Exchange, a new and innovative stock exchange designed for emerging companies.

Joe Cecala received their JD from DePaul University College of Law between 1992 and 1995, their BBA in Public Accounting from Loyola University Chicago between 1984 and 1988, and they graduated from Holy Cross High School between 1980 and 1984.
