Michael Fratti

Michael Fratti is an experienced professional with a diverse background in resource planning, production operations, and client management. Currently serving as the Resource Planning Manager at Dream Finders Homes in Orlando since April 2023, Michael previously held various managerial roles at Meritage Homes from 2017 to 2023, including Forward Planning Manager and Production Operations Manager. In addition, Michael has worked as a Brand Specialist at Fratti.Co and served as the State Program Director for Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and team leadership. Michael’s early career includes significant roles at the American Red Cross, Loews Hotels, Anheuser-Busch, and other notable organizations, demonstrating expertise in hospitality operations, marketing, and community outreach. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Business from Rollins College and has degrees in Accounting and Finance and Literature from Stony Brook University.
