Heidi Russell

Heidi Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive management, communications, and nonprofit administration. Currently serving as Senior Manager in the Office of the CEO at Dream.Org, Heidi oversees high-level partnerships, manages the CEO's schedule and strategic communications, and coordinates research and media engagements. Prior roles include small business ownership, private tutoring, and various leadership positions in nonprofit organizations such as Director of Administration and Director of Training & Recruitment at East Bay Innovations. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Boise State University.
