Rachael Payton

Rachael Payton has a strong background in communications and public relations. Rachael is currently the Director of Communications at Dream.Org since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ROKK Solutions as an Account Director from July 2022 to August 2023 and as a Senior Account Executive from December 2020 to July 2022. Before ROKK Solutions, Rachael was a Senior Media Relations Supervisor - Crisis at BCW Global from April 2019 to December 2020. Rachael also has experience as an Account Executive at Red Banyan from November 2017 to April 2019, and as an Assistant Account Executive at Gabriel Marketing Group from December 2015 to September 2017. Rachael began their career as an Account Coordinator at Wallace & Company Advertising in January 2015, where they worked until December 2015.

Rachael Payton attended Old Dominion University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Corporate Communications. In addition to their degree, Rachael has also obtained several certifications related to grammar and writing. In November 2020, they completed certifications in Advanced Grammar, Editing Mastery, Grammar Foundations, and Grammar Girl's Quick and Dirty Tips for Better Writing, all through LinkedIn.
