Rhodes O'Naps

Rhodes O'Naps has a diverse work experience in various roles within the financial and consulting industry.

Starting in 2007, Rhodes worked as a Consulting Business Analyst at State Street, where they were involved in a project implementing the Temenos T24 System for a new core banking platform.

In 2010, Rhodes joined Hydro One as an Agile Business Analyst/Scrum Master, responsible for facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies and analyzing business requirements.

From 2012 to 2013, Rhodes worked at B2B BANK as a Senior Business Consultant/Scrum Master, providing expertise in business consulting and project management.

In 2014, Rhodes joined Deloitte Canada as a Product Owner/Senior Business Solution Consultant, focusing on product development and consulting.

In 2016, Rhodes joined Tangerine as a Business Solutions Consultant/Product Owner/Scrum Master, and remained in this role until 2020.

Currently, Rhodes is working at Dream Payments as a Senior Product Owner, leveraging their expertise in product ownership and management.

Rhodes O'Naps has a Level 1 certificate for IT Users (New CLAIT) from Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations. Rhodes also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Management from Centennial College. Additionally, Rhodes has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Lagos State University. Furthermore, Rhodes has obtained a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto.

In terms of additional certifications, Rhodes has been certified as a Scaled Scrum Master (SSMC) by Scaled Agile, Inc. Rhodes is also a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certified by Scrum.org. Moreover, Rhodes holds a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner and is a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) by SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Furthermore, Rhodes has obtained Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services in April 2023.
