Hiroki Saito is a game designer and producer with a diverse background in the gaming industry. Hiroki has worked at various companies, including Dream Reality Interactive, where they currently hold the role of Senior Game Designer and Product Owner since January 2022, and previously as Senior Game Designer from April 2019 to June 2022. At Good Catch Games, Hiroki worked as a Game Designer from July 2018 to February 2019, focusing on concept and puzzle design for mobile and console games. Prior to that, at Preloaded, they served as a Producer from July 2017 to July 2018, where they worked on AR and Facial Recognition experiences for children aged 4 to 8. Hiroki also briefly held the position of Head of Studio at BeefJack Create in September 2016. Their earlier experience includes working as a Game Designer at Beeline, Capcom from March 2013 to March 2016, where they designed and managed the live operations of the F2P game Snoopy's Candy Town. Prior to that, Hiroki worked as a Producer at SEGA Europe Limited from March 2011 to November 2011, where they worked on notable titles such as Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games and Sonic 4. Hiroki started their career at Sega as an Assistant Producer from October 2009 to March 2011, working on various titles including Yakuza and Valkyria Chronicles. Hiroki began their gaming career at Electronic Arts as a Compliance Technician from November 2006 to May 2007, where they gained experience in QA and compliance testing. Throughout their career, Hiroki has demonstrated strong skills in game design, production, and project management.

Hiroki Saito has a Foundation Degree in e-Business and Web Development from Kingston University. Additionally, they have completed courses in Computer Systems Manager and Advanced PC Technician, Network Manager, and PC Support at Richmond Upon Thames College. Hiroki Saito is also a fully qualified First Aider, having obtained certification from St John Ambulance in September 2015.
