Elad Guttman

Elad Guttman is a data scientist currently working at Dream since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a data scientist at RightBound from June 2022 to July 2023, where Guttman developed and deployed machine learning models, including a job title classifier and a semi-supervised model for labeling companies. Previously, Guttman worked at Waze from October 2021 to June 2022 focusing on predictive modeling and product analysis of Pre-Drive Notifications. Guttman also held a position as a data science researcher and teaching assistant at Tel Aviv University from October 2019 to September 2021, collaborating on research combining causal inference with machine learning. Earlier experiences include a role as a research assistant at the Bank of Israel and a football analyst at Redwood International Sports. Guttman holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Tel Aviv University.
