Tal Fialkow

Tal Fialkow has a diverse work experience in various roles related to data, AI, and technology. In 2023, they joined Dream as the VP of Data & AI. Prior to that, in 2022, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Bold. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the VP of R&D and Data Science at NSO Group, where they were responsible for building a cutting-edge Big Data intelligence solution. Before that, from 2012 to 2021, they held the position of Head of Data Science and AI at the Government of Israel. They also worked as a Group Manager at the Government of Israel from 2009 to 2012.
