Ana Rader is the current Senior Manager of Seasonal and Fellowship Recruitment at DREAM. Ana has also held roles such as Fellowship Manager, Talent Associate, Graduate Intern at Social Strategy Associates LLC, Workforce Diversity & Inclusion Graduate Intern at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, and Premed and Prelaw Advisor at New York University. Ana has a Master of Public Administration from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women's and Gender Studies from Dickinson College.
