Andrew Nicolas

Andrew Nicolas is an experienced college counselor currently working at DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) since August 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew served as the Assistant College Director at the Urban Assembly Gateway School for Technology from August 2019 to August 2021 and as a College Advisor with the NYU College Advising Corps from November 2018 to August 2021. Andrew began their career at DREAM as a Counselor and Program Coordinator from September 2013 to April 2018, contributing to the Dream University summer program for middle school scholars. Additionally, Andrew held the position of Director at Camp Herrlich from June 2013 to August 2015. Academically, Andrew holds a Master of Science in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness with a focus on LGBT Health, Education, and Social Services from New York University (2020-2022), as well as a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from John Jay College (CUNY) (2012-2017).
