Carissa Mueller

Carissa Mueller is an experienced professional in people operations and talent management, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at DREAM since January 2022, where efforts focus on enhancing employee experience and utilizing people analytics. Previously, Carissa held the position of Senior Talent Operations Manager at DREAM, concentrating on data analysis and establishing infrastructure for talent acquisition and retention. As a co-founder of Built Tough Outdoor Group Fitness from March 2020 to January 2022, Carissa developed fitness programs to support community health during the pandemic. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager at EVF Performance (2015-2020), where studio management and community events were key responsibilities, and Senior Manager of Program Design at iMentor (2011-2018), where program delivery tools were designed to enhance outcomes. Carissa began with iMentor as a Program Coordinator, facilitating mentor-mentee relationships and events. Carissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
