Michelle Kramer

Michelle Kramer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, operations, and management. Currently serving as the Interim Network Operations Coordinator at DREAM since August 2023, Michelle's previous roles include Personal Assistant at DwellWell, Cake Artist at Sweet E's Bake Shop, and Chief Executive Officer at Denise's Dipped Desserts. At Medtronic, from December 2012 to March 2018, Michelle excelled as a Customer Retention Manager, specializing in Continuous Glucose Monitoring and Insulin Pump support, while also contributing to training and process improvements.
