Raymie Fernandez

Raymie Fernandez, Managing Director of Operations, is responsible for overseeing systems and processes for school operations functions. Raymie supports the development of the Directors of Operations and ensures that DREAM leads highly effective school operations teams and systems. Raymie has worked in education for the past 10 years and most recently spent 8 years at Success Academy Charter Schools, where he served as Business Operations Manager, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Raymie is a graduate of the City College of New York, where he studied Spanish. He was raised in Harlem and is a product of New York City public schools.
