Valentia Amanda

Valentia Amanda is a Human Resources Officer at Dreambox Marketing Consultant since January 2024, previously serving as Human Resources Operation Support at AEON INDONESIA, PT from July to September 2023. Valentia has extensive experience in organizational management as Secretary for Forum Diskusi Ilmiah Mahasiswa from September 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing proposals and reports, maximizing team performance, and assisting with organizational tasks. In addition, Valentia held the position of Human Resources Staff at Fodim, successfully conducting training and managing member performance. Earlier experience includes serving as Public Relations Officer for Project What If in mid-2021. Valentia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, expected to graduate in January 2024, and has a high school diploma from SMA Santa Ursula Jakarta.
