Callie Y. Kim

Callie Y. Kim is the Founder and CEO of Waban Impact, an established leader in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. As an Executive Member of Dreamers & Doers®, Callie engages with a community focused on empowering women in business. Additionally, involvement as a Clover X Luminary Fellow highlights Callie's commitment to professional development and networking. Callie contributes to the Chicago Leadership Committee of 50/50 Women on Boards, advocating for gender equity in corporate governance. Also recognized as an Entrepreneur by the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, Callie demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Academically, Callie holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from Wellesley College and the Geneva Graduate Institute, respectively, acquired through a joint BA/MA degree program.
