Emily Scott

Emily Scott is a seasoned entrepreneur with significant experience in the fashion and design industries. As Co-Founder and CEO of Dance Happy Designs since March 2016, Emily leads a disability-founded and women-owned accessories brand that specializes in small-batch silkscreen printing. In addition, Emily has been a Founding Member of Dreamers // Doers since March 2017, contributing to a powerful network of female entrepreneurs and advisors. Previously, Emily founded and served as CEO of Compendium, a contemporary clothing boutique, and was the Head Designer for Lila Ila, an eco-conscious women's wear line. Earlier experience includes a role as Corporate Client Associate III at Wilmington Trust. Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Arcadia University and is currently a Tory Burch Fellow.
