Katelyn Hilburn is a skilled professional with a diverse background in membership management, operations, and consultancy. Currently serving as Membership & Operations Manager at Dreamers & Doers® since December 2022, Katelyn focuses on enhancing member engagement and managing editorial initiatives. Additionally, Katelyn owns Cadre LLC, a consultancy firm dedicated to improving organizational efficiency, and founded My Aware Doll, a business inspired by generational craftsmanship. Previously, Katelyn held roles such as Operations Lead at Allobee and Founder of Madre Foods, showcasing a strong commitment to community engagement and strategic project management.
