Joshua Arceo

Joshua Arceo has a strong background in technical support and administration. Joshua currently works as a Technical Support Specialist at DreamHost since April 2021. Prior to that, they were a Technical Support Representative at GoDaddy from November 2020 to April 2021. Before GoDaddy, they worked at HostPapa as a Junior System Administrator from September 2019 to August 2020. Joshua also gained experience as a Technical Support Representative at iConcept Global Advertising Inc. from August 2018 to September 2019. Joshua started their career with an internship at iConcept Global Advertising Inc. from February 2018 to May 2018.

Joshua Arceo completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Bulacan State University from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications related to web hosting and administration from cPanel. Joshua received the cPanel Professional Certification in June 2019 and the following certifications in September 2020: Imunify360 Certification, Litespeed Webserver Proficiency, cPanel & WHM Administrator Certification (CWA), cPanel & WHM Sales Professional (CPSP), and cPanel & WHM System Administrator I Certification (CWSA-1).
