Kristofer Yray

Kristofer Yray has a work experience spanning over several years. Kristofer started working at Netregistry in March 2015 as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided frontline assistance and handled customer inquiries and concerns. Kristofer also managed accounts, set up products, and reported bugs. In March 2016, they transitioned to a Supervisor/Tech Lead role at GoDaddy, where they worked with leadership to oversee agent development, attend business reviews, and apply sales strategies. Kristofer stayed with GoDaddy until April 2021. Currently, they are employed at DreamHost as a WordPress Support Representative, focusing on managed WordPress hosting support and providing troubleshooting and DNS management.

From 2012 to 2015, Kristofer Yray pursued their undergraduate studies at Far Eastern University, majoring in Architecture.
