Neliya Macheva

Neliya Macheva currently serves as the Talent Development and Culture Lead and Talents and Culture Expert at Dreamix since January 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Inditex from August 2011 to January 2023, where Neliya held various roles, including International Commercial Manager, overseeing four markets and driving sales growth, and HR Manager, focusing on team structure and development. Neliya also worked as General Manager, achieving top sales in Bulgaria and ranking among the top 20 worldwide, and held a Deputy Manager position at NEW YORKER. Neliya began the career as an Office Assistant at IBC. Neliya holds a Master's degree in Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economy.
