Sebastian Monsalve

Sebastian Monsalve is an experienced professional in the fields of cybersecurity and service delivery management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at CyScope since December 2023. In this role, Sebastian ensures high-quality service delivery across operational, technical, and customer relationship aspects, while managing software improvements. Previously, Sebastian held the position of CyberSecurity Project Manager at Dreamlab Technologies, where responsibilities included leading the planning and coordination of cybersecurity projects. Sebastian's career also includes significant experience at Ericsson as an Integration Engineer and Solution Architect, focusing on product configurations, testing, and customer support. Earlier roles encompass IT Projects Engineer at Fraunhofer Chile Research Foundation, and Systems Analyst at the Observatorio Vulcanológico de Los Andes del Sur.
