Federico Schianchi's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Tirocinante at Xanten s.r.l, where they provided client support for software and hardware, as well as server support. Federico then moved on to Netribe Systems Integration S.r.l. where they worked as a Systems Engineer, specializing in client and hardware support, server support, virtual support, backup support, and antivirus support. Federico obtained this role after a specific training period and carried out activities independently with the possibility of collaboration with technical experts. In 2016, Federico founded Dreamonkey Srl, a web development and web design company, where they serve as the CEO. This company supports another web project called Checkyourlife, which started in 2013.
Federico Schianchi began their education in 2005 at Lice Scientifico Formiggini, where they pursued a scientific and computer-related field of study. After completing their studies there in 2008, they went on to attend Blaise Pascal BUS in Reggio nell'Emilia. At this school, they focused on informatics, electronics, and systems and networks, ultimately earning a degree as a Perito Informatico Capotecnico. Following this, Federico attended ifoa in 2011 for a brief period, obtaining an Attestato in systems and networks.

L’evoluzione digitale non aspetta nessuno, avviene. È per questo motivo che abbiamo deciso di programmarla. Fomentati dall’entusiasmo che caratterizza i ragazzi negli anni dell’università, scalpitavamo dalla voglia di diventare padri. Non fraintenderci. Volevamo creare qualcosa di nostro, generato dalle nostre idee e competenze. E così, con il primordiale obiettivo di sviluppare uno strumento per facilitare l’organizzazione dei nostri viaggi, abbiamo iniziato a lavorare a Checkyourlife, un social-tool per la gestione di attività. In due anni abbiamo completato lo sviluppo della versione base del software. A Checkyourlife, però, ancora mancavano importanti caratteristiche avanzate per essere all’altezza del pubblico a cui era destinato; e nessuno, a parte noi, credeva in modo consistente nel progetto (forse neanche i nostri genitori). L’assenza di finanziamenti finì per mettere in standby il nostro entusiasmo. La foresta sembrava troppo ampia per cinque giovani imprenditori. O forse non ne stavamo sfruttando a pieno l’ampiezza. Così, abbiamo deciso di percorrere il sentiero più lungo e tortuoso. Ci siamo ritrovati dal remoto delle rispettive stanzette all’open space dell’ufficio di Dreamonkey Srl. E anziché continuare ad attendere che qualcuno credesse nel nostro tool, noi abbiamo iniziato a sostenere i progetti dei nostri clienti. Per loro progettiamo e sviluppiamo software gestionali e tool aziendali ad alto contenuto tecnologico in formato web app, app mobile native e con le feature della realtà aumentata. Realizziamo siti web professionali con attenzione al branding e alla comunicazione di marca. Insieme a loro, ogni giorno scaliamo la fitta rete di arbusti verso la conquista dell’albero giallo.
