Charles Hansen-Quao

Charles Hansen-Quao has a diverse work experience spanning various positions in different companies. Charles began their career at Hourglass-Group as a Biz Systems Developer from June 2005 to October 2006. In January 2007, they joined DreamOval Ltd. as a Web Projects Manager and UX Lead Consultant, where they served until January 2014. During their time at DreamOval Ltd., they also held the role of Lead, Digital Business from January 2014 to April 2018, and then became the Senior Vice President, Enterprise & Consulting from April 2018 to April 2022. Currently, Charles is the Chief Delivery Officer at DreamOval Ltd., starting in April 2022. Charles is also involved in non-profit work as the Executive Director of DreamOval Foundation, starting in April 2021. In addition to their corporate experience, Charles served as a Tutor for the Giving Voice to Values Seminar at Ashesi University in October and November 2014. Overall, Charles Hansen-Quao has demonstrated their expertise in project execution, business growth, leadership, and organizational development throughout their career.

Charles Hansen-Quao pursued their education in various institutions starting from 1999 and ending in 2020. In 1999, they attended Accra Academy and obtained their WASSCE degree in Biological Science in 2001. In 2001-2002, they enrolled at the National Institute of Information Technology, where they earned a Diploma in Software Design & Programming. From 2003 to 2007, Hansen-Quao furthered their education at Ashesi University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Management Information Systems. Lastly, in 2019-2020, they attended the ALU School of Business and acquired a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Leadership and Doing Business in Africa.
