Lorena Gonzalez

Lorena Gonzalez has a range of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Lorena is currently employed as an Operations Specialist at DreamPak | Food & Beverage Innovations, starting in December 2021. Prior to this role, Lorena served as a Production Shift Manager at Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows from September 2018 to December 2021. In this position, they worked closely with employees to ensure proper processes and safety measures were followed, maintained accurate production records, and collaborated with Research and Development on implementing new recipes. Lorena's earlier experience includes a role as an Operations Shift Manager at ARCON RING & SPECIALTY CORP from February 2008 to September 2018. In this position, they managed operations on the first shift in a food manufacturing facility, utilized Microsoft Programs for departmental communication, and oversaw production startup and shutdown.
