Thijs Van Loon MSc. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, training, and skills development. Currently serving as the Founder and Management Consultant at Betterworks Asia since February 2020, Thijs focuses on long-term learning and development strategies that enhance personal and professional growth. Additionally, Thijs operates as a consultant, trainer, and coach for several organizations, including Pizza 4P's, RMIT University Vietnam, Happiness, and Dreamplex, contributing to impactful projects across diverse sectors. Previous roles also include training at Boehringer Ingelheim and Schneider Electric, along with consultancy at MegaMart and DSV. Thijs holds a Master of Science in Marketing, Strategics, and Logistics from Radboud University and a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management from Hogeschool Diedenoort Wageningen.
