Muhammad Qasim is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer currently employed at Dreams since January 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing the Technical Infrastructure, design, implementation, configuration, maintenance of systems, and providing third-line support for technical issues, with notable projects such as implementing MFA on-Prem VPN and establishing WSUS patching systems. Prior to Dreams, Muhammad worked at IFS from June 2018 to January 2022 as an IT Systems Engineer, focusing on third-level support for Microsoft on-premise and Cloud Applications. Muhammad's career began as an IT Support Analyst at Harrods from August 2012 to June 2018, providing 2nd and 3rd line support and leading the IT department in a distribution setting. A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science was earned from the University of the Punjab between 2009 and 2011.
