Sara Hetherington

Sara Hetherington began their work experience in 1997 as a Shift Manager at McDonald's Corporation. Sara held this position until 2003. In 2006, Sara joined Dreams as an Assistant Branch Manager and stayed in that role until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Regional Learning and Development Coach at Dreams and then moved on to become a Field Training Team Manager from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, Sara became a Talent and Leadership Development Manager at Dreams and held the position until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as the Head of HR at Dreams and then transitioned to the role of Head of Learning and Development, where they remain currently.

Sara Hetherington completed their primary education at Ballyclare High School from 1992 to 1997. Sara then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Spanish from Ulster University. Sara successfully completed their undergraduate studies from 1998 to 2001.
