Carolina 'Kalinka' Biegun Elgue

Carolina 'Kalinka' Biegun Elgue has extensive work experience in product design and development. Carolina 'Kalinka' began their career in 2008 as a Junior Designer for Moritz Waldemeyer, where they worked on commercial projects for various companies. In 2009, they moved to Brand Addition in London as a Product Designer, where they were responsible for developing pitches and ideas for new products. Carolina 'Kalinka' then moved to Beijing in 2011 to work as an Industrial Designer at CBD Group, managing a team of designers and producing and developing original concepts. In 2013, they became a Freelance Designer, managing and working on a variety of creative projects. In 2015, they joined Wrapp as a Product Design and Development Manager, working closely with the engineering team to develop and improve tools and features aimed at merchants and internal users. In 2018, they moved to GreatPeople as a Product Manager, before joining Dreams in 2019 as Head of Product, Product Management Lead, and Product Manager.

Carolina 'Kalinka' Biegun Elgue attended Brunel University London from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design.
