Miguel Queimado has a long and varied work experience. Miguel began their career in 2004 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A Division. Miguel then moved to Q&X as Chief Executive Officer, part of the Donghua Group. In 2008, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant and also became President of Unlimit - former Acredita Portugal, a startup-led innovation agency. In 2012, they became the CEO of Groupon Brazil and in 2017, they co-founded and invested in My Tribe. Finally, in 2013, they co-founded DreamShaper, a platform to help schools & universities implement project-based learning and active learning methodologies, which is now used by 500k+ students and 1.
Miguel Queimado's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Economics and Political Science from Sciences Po, which they graduated with distinction in 2004; a Master of Science degree in Economics from Georgetown University, which they graduated with distinction in 2007; an Executive Education in Innovation & Design Thinking from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2012; and an Executive Education in Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School, which they are currently enrolled in.
