Miriam Ott

Miriam Ott is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior Leiterin HR Business Partner for Baden-Württemberg at Drees & Sommer since August 2019. With prior experience at diconium, where Miriam held several roles including Manager People & Organisation and was instrumental in the employer branding project, technical and operational HR support, and the development of HR processes, Miriam also gained initial experience at TRUMPF and Groz-Beckert through various internships, focusing on human resources, marketing, and capacity planning. Miriam holds a Master of Science in International Management from Steinbeis Hochschule and a Bachelor of Arts in General Business Administration from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz.
